Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the website crmlabs.io. By using the site, you agree to them. Services we provide to clients are governed by a separate written agreement, not by these terms. Last updated: October 10, 2026.
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
The site crmlabs.io is published by MC MEDIAS LLC, doing business as Novium Systems (“we”, “us”). CRM Labs™ is a service of Novium Systems, a registered trade name of MC MEDIAS LLC. CRM Labs is a brand, not a separate company: any agreement, invoice or legal obligation is with MC MEDIAS LLC.
These terms apply to the website, its content and the forms it offers, in English and in French. They do not create a service relationship: CRM design, configuration, management and automation services are provided only under a signed agreement that sets out scope, fees, and data processing terms. Nothing on this site is an offer that can be accepted by simply submitting a form.

Questions about these terms: [email protected]. Postal address: MC MEDIAS LLC, Sheridan, Wyoming, United States.
2. Using the site and submitting a request
Permitted use
You may browse the site and use its forms to contact us about our services for your business. You agree not to interfere with the site’s operation, probe or bypass its security, scrape it automatically, submit false or misleading information, or use it to send unsolicited messages.
Diagnostic requests
• Submitting the diagnostic form is a request for information. It does not oblige us to provide services, and it does not oblige you to buy anything.
• A quick diagnostic is offered free of charge; advanced and expert diagnostics are paid services described in a written proposal. No prices are published on this site.
• We may decline a request, for example when the business is outside the industries or regions we serve.
• Please submit business contact and qualification information only. Do not include medical details, financial account data, government identifiers, passwords or confidential records about your own customers.
• The booking calendar offered after a request is provided by our CRM platform; appointments are confirmations of a meeting, not of a service engagement.
Accounts and credentials
The site has no customer accounts. Client portals or CRM access, when provided, are governed by the client agreement.
3. Content, trademarks and third-party brands
Our content
Texts, visuals, logos, page structure and software of this site belong to MC MEDIAS LLC or are used under licence. You may view and print pages for your own evaluation of our services. Any other reproduction, distribution or modification requires our written permission.
Trademarks
CRM Labs™ and Novium Systems™ are marks of MC MEDIAS LLC. They are used as unregistered marks; no claim of trademark registration is made unless stated. Our names and logos may not be used without permission.
Third-party brands
Product names and logos mentioned on the site (for example HighLevel, Google, WordPress and the CRM, telephony, calendar or accounting tools we integrate with) belong to their respective owners. They are mentioned to describe compatibility only and do not imply partnership, sponsorship, certification or endorsement. CRM Labs is built on proven CRM technology that we configure and manage; we are not the publisher of that technology.
4. Information, warranties and liability
Information only
The site describes how we work and the outcomes our clients generally pursue. It is general information, not legal, accounting, tax or regulatory advice. Results depend on your market, your team, your data and your execution: we do not promise any increase in revenue, conversions, appointments or response times, and no statement on this site should be read as a guarantee.
Availability and accuracy
We work to keep the site accurate, secure and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may change or withdraw content at any time. Technical measures reduce risk without eliminating it; no website can be guaranteed free of errors, interruptions or security incidents.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MC MEDIAS LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site or its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the rights you hold as a consumer under the laws of your place of residence, including Québec consumer protection law where it applies.
Third-party sites and services
Links to other websites and embedded third-party services (such as the booking calendar) are provided for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
5. Privacy, cookies and communications
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, and our Cookie Policy lists the cookies the site uses and how to change your choices. Both are part of the site rules.
If you opt in to our emails, every message includes an unsubscribe link. We do not treat silence or inaction as consent, and we honour applicable anti-spam rules in Canada, the United States and Mexico.
6. Changes, governing law and language
Changes
We may update these terms. The “last updated” date at the top shows the current version; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute relating to the site is brought before the state or federal courts located in Texas. Mandatory rules of your place of residence that cannot be waived, including consumer protection rules, continue to apply.
Language
These terms are published in English and in French. Both versions have the same meaning; if they differ, the French version prevails, subject to the language laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
